You are responsible to pay the bill in full. We provide a superbill that you can file with your insurance carrier for reimbursement. If you are a medicare or medicaid patient, you will be responsible for the full bill without reimbursement from your insurance.

Appointments can range between 15 minutes and 60 minutes. Each patient has different needs and preferences that can change with time. Your appointment time will be catered to provide the highest quality of care.

New patients need to be seen in person for at least the first appointment. For future appointments, we use a HIPPA-compliant telehealth service if telehealth is desired.
